Aachen thermal springs

Aachen's thermal springs are among the hottest in Central Europe, with water emerging at temperatures up to 74°C (165°F). Used continuously since Roman times, these mineral-rich waters have shaped the city's identity as a spa destination. Today, the springs supply the Carolus Thermen, a modern thermal bath complex offering indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, and wellness treatments.
