Mount Pahia, standing at 661 meters (2,169 feet), is the second-highest peak on Bora Bora and offers a more rugged hiking experience than its neighbor Mount Otemanu. The trail is steep and often muddy, winding through dense tropical forest with sections requiring ropes for ascent. The summit rewards hikers with sweeping views of the island's lagoon, the outer reefs, and the distant silhouette of Mount Otemanu. This hike is for experienced trekkers seeking a physical challenge and a less crowded adventure.
