Parc du Golfe is a contemporary public park stretching along the edge of the Gulf of Morbihan, adjacent to Vannes' marina (Port de Plaisance). Opened in 2005, it transformed former industrial docks into a green oasis with sweeping views of the gulf and its islands. The park features landscaped gardens, wide promenades for walking and cycling, children's play areas, and plenty of benches to sit and watch the boats. A highlight is the 'Jardin des 4 Saisons', a seasonal garden with native plants. The park also includes a small beach (Plage de la Conleau) at its western end, popular for kayaking and paddleboarding. It's a favorite spot for locals to jog, picnic, or simply enjoy the sunset over the water. The park connects to the historic center via a scenic coastal path.
