Place de la Loge has been Perpignan’s civic center since the Middle Ages. The square is dominated by the Loge de Mer, a former maritime exchange building with a Gothic façade and a courtyard. Surrounding the square are colorful houses with wrought-iron balconies, arcades, and terraces that buzz with activity.
