One of the most exquisite dining experiences I’ve had, the service was on point. They paid attention to every little detail, the food was rich and delicious. You can tell the chef put a lot of work into the food, taste and presentation. Each dish had a story and the chef also created us. When we left we also received a gift which I think adds the cherry on top to this dining experience.
One of the best restaurants i have been to. I expect it will gain more michelin stars soon. Everything I expected modern french fine dining to be. Each dish was flavorful yet intimate but surprising all in the same bite. Also the flavors of each platters mixed so well together and the entire course flowed extremely well. I went without expectations and left superbly satisfied. I wish i could understand better French as i could not follow the servers english descriptions very well.
An unforgettable experience in an elegant and timeless setting. Chef Eugénie Béziat creates exceptional cuisine with remarkable creativity and precision, where each plate is a true work of art. The service is flawless: professional, attentive, and warm, with a passionate restaurant manager ensuring every moment is perfect. A place where gastronomy, atmosphere, and service come together to create an unparalleled experience. A must-visit !
What an incredible place to spoil yourself for an evening in Classic luxury fine dining experience in Paris. The food is incredible. The chef has an impeccable sense for balance and masterful skills at blending unique spices, flavours and incorporating cooking inspirations from Africa and beyond into classic fine dining to present a harmonious and stylish courses with exciting flavours and romance. The dishes demonstrate a harmonious marriage of textures, aromas, perfect cooking techniques, respect to the produce and basics with flawless and unpretentious execution on the plates. Dish after dish were just great food beautifully plated. There was not a single dish in the tasting menu that we did not enjoy. Even the veal sweet breads, which was the one I was worried about and typically never enjoyed but honestly it was the best veal sweet breads I've ever had. Looking back, the way the chef curated the menu was just genius. It was such a great progression of flavours, proteins and the desserts were incredible. Light, fresh, zesty, delicate and completely complimented the main dishes. The portions of the tasting menu is generous. There is a sense of warm generosity here despite being a fine dining restaurant, almost like eating with a family that happens to cook really well and wants to feed you and impress you because food is love. Go hungry. You will be fed well and you will feel loved to the brim. The floor service was flawless. A small team moves in a flawless orchestra to serve you throughout the entire evening, almost invisible yet totally attentive to your needs. Nothing will go unnoticed. The somm team was also super passionate about wine, well-versed and the attitude was friendly, approachable and professional. The 8 wine pairing featured some superb fine vintage wines mostly from France but also some other surprising ones. The highlight for me was the Hermitage by Jean Louis Chave and oak aged Ice wine from Canada. There wasn't a single wine which we didn't enjoy and didn't impress. The 8 course experience with the 8 wine pairing doesn't come cheap. Expect to drop 1k per head and then some for the full experience with extras. If you are feeling extra - you can even splurge a bit more and get a glass of a 60 years old cognac which they will pull out with a glass pipette and weigh meticulously to the last ounce on a digital scale before serving you. They will make you feel like it was all worth it somehow and even leave you wanting to come back to do it all over again another time. Incredible. This is the kind of place that fulfills that picture-perfect fantasy which most travellers would have and expect out of a Michelin star fine dining experience in Paris. And even if this wasn't in Paris, I'd consider this restaurant simply magical.
