Kadriorg Palace is a stunning example of Baroque architecture, commissioned by Russian Tsar Peter the Great after the Great Northern War. Set in a sprawling, manicured park, the palace now serves as a branch of the Art Museum of Estonia, displaying Dutch, German, Italian, and Russian art from the 16th to 20th centuries.
