The Kissing Students sculpture, officially titled 'Suudlevad tudengid', is a bronze statue created by artist Mati Karmin in 1998. It depicts a young couple in a passionate embrace, capturing the spirit of Tartu's large student population. Located in the center of Raekoja plats, it has become a must-see photo spot and a symbol of the city's youthful energy. Visitors often pose with the statue, and it's especially charming when surrounded by the square's lively atmosphere.
