Otepää Upland is the highest upland region in Estonia, characterized by its rolling hills, deep valleys, and numerous small lakes. This landscape was sculpted by glacial activity thousands of years ago, creating a unique topography that stands out in the generally flat Baltic terrain. Visitors can explore scenic viewpoints, such as from the top of Kuutsemäe Hill, which offers panoramic vistas of the surrounding forests and lakes.
