The Clementinum, a former Jesuit college, is a sprawling Baroque complex that now serves as the Czech National Library. Its most famous feature is the Astronomical Tower, which offers a 360-degree view of Prague's red rooftops and spires. Inside, visitors can explore the ornate Baroque Library Hall, with its frescoed ceilings and globe collection, and the Mirror Chapel, known for its acoustics. The complex also includes a meridian line used for timekeeping. A visit here blends history, architecture, and science in one of Prague's most impressive landmarks.
