The Black Tower is a distinctive Renaissance bell tower built in the 16th century, standing 72 meters tall in the center of České Budějovice. Climbing its 225 steps rewards visitors with sweeping views of the city's red rooftops and the distant Bohemian countryside. The tower gets its name from the dark stone used in its construction. Inside, you can see historic bells, including the largest one named Bumerin. It's a favorite spot for photographers and anyone wanting a bird's-eye perspective of the city.
