Novalja is the main tourist hub on Pag Island, set along a scenic bay. Its old town features narrow stone streets, a 16th-century church, and a charming harbor. The town is famous as the base for Zrće Beach partygoers, but also offers quieter pebble beaches like Planjka and Trincel. Visitors can explore Roman ruins, sample local Pag cheese and lamb, and enjoy waterfront dining. The nearby Caska cove has remains of an ancient Roman aqueduct.
