Soline is a small coastal village on the eastern shore of Krk island, renowned for its healing mud beaches. The shallow, sheltered bay warms quickly in summer, creating perfect conditions for mud bathing, believed to have therapeutic properties for skin and joints. Visitors can cover themselves in the dark, mineral-rich mud, let it dry in the sun, then rinse off in the sea. The beach is pebbly with some concrete sunbathing areas, and there is a small bar for refreshments.
