St. Saviour Church is a modest Gothic structure located just inside the Pile Gate, adjacent to the Franciscan Monastery. It was constructed in 1528 as a votive offering after a devastating earthquake spared the city. The church's single nave and pointed arch windows exemplify late Gothic style. Inside, the sparse interior includes a stone altar and remnants of frescoes. Its survival through subsequent earthquakes and wars makes it a symbol of resilience.
