Church of the True God is a Protestant church on East Street in Shaoxing, Zhejiang. It was first built in 1871 by an American minister and rebuilt in 1920. After being closed during the Cultural Revolution, it reopened in 1982 and is now a municipal cultural relic.

A bit of history
American Baptist Churches USA arrived in Shaoxing in 1866. The church was first built in 1871 by American minister Qin Jing and rebuilt in 1920. During the Cultural Revolution it was closed and used by the Red Guards, then as a theater for the Shaoxing Opera Troupe in 1976. It reopened after renovations in 1982 and was designated a municipal cultural relic in 2002.
