i like the name. it is auspicious. the experience is that they put a lot of care in the bird which is an exception. in 2000ish
This place was extremely crowded, so the wait for the food was quite long. Despite that, the hotpot setup was pretty cool. The food looked really good on the menu, yet when it came it was incredibly bland. Without using the peanut sauce, it was meat or vegetables boiled with literally nothing else for flavoring. This may be a traditional way of eating, but there are definitely many, many, better places to eat in China.
