Best meal this trip. Amazing execution ! Epic sea cucumber and pork trotter , their sauce is so lip smacking . Best fried rice ever!
If I rate this from a culinary experience perspective, I’d have to say it’s probably closer to a 4.5. Let me start off with, the service at the restaurant is phenomenal. It literally is tailored for your party. We came with 8 people and brought a couple bottles of wine. Each type of wine was ensured to have a different glass and the waiters came and showed you each individual bottle upon pouring you new wine. As for the food, I prefer stronger taste profiles for my food, and with this being Cantonese cuisine, despite being intricately made with painstaking attention to detail, I found it rather bland for my liking. That being said, the seafood dishes were very well seasoned and cooked to perfection. Furthermore, the fried rice was a phenomenal dish that I’d highly recommend as an add on towards the end! The experience was grade A, and I’d job like high end Cantonese cuisine, this place impressed with every dish.
Very fine dining and very nice place. On the fifth floor of China construction bank center. The food is done well and service is amazing.
Hidden in China Construction Building is this fine lux dining restaurant. Beautifully renovated with a view of the HK harbour. Chef's menu which is delicious. Lunch @ HK$1,000 per head Dinner @ HK$2,000 per head Each dish is delicately prepared by the chef. Quiet with many private rooms for the optimal business meal. Expect to meet HK celebrities during your visit.
