One of my fav things I ate in Vietnam. The egg wraps/ rice pancakes are just so tasty. The sauce is so good. They show you how to wrap them too. Each order comes with 3, which is a good size for a light meal. They’re really nice. Good prices.
We fell into a classic tourist trap here. The menu listed our meal as a "set course," but it was suspiciously missing the price, which should have been a red flag. Throughout our time here, we noticed only tourists dining and no locals, which added to the disappointment. The food was barely average, lacking any wow factor. The bright spots were the fast service and a decent lemon juice. For a better idea of the experience, filter the reviews for the lowest rating and read through the first ones. They all say the same thing and our experience was exactly that, except I didn't hate it, but disliked it. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this spot, especially if you're looking for a more authentic and value-for-money experience.
I thought this place was great. It is tucked away down a narrow road in old town. We walked past the open kitchen/bbq area on our way to our table and the care they take making local specialties is evident. Everything was fresh and delicious. Ask the servers how to eat the food and they will demonstrate what gets dipped in what sauces and what foods are typically combined. It was fascinating and delicious, plus it was a lot of fun. Very casual.
