潮汕行程的第一餐,就是在深圳前往汕头的高速公路途中,在汕尾市,海丰县的鲘门镇,来到该段路上人气最旺,巴士泊得最满的一家餐厅《永利饭店》。 团餐,不会有特定的上菜次序,土法鲜鸡的皮十分之香,入口爽之余又充满了鸡油的香味,未需要食饭时,一件一件鸡吃入口,我可以说是又香、又滑、又嫩口,不错。 说是海鲜宴,一点也没有花假,姜葱蟹炒得十分之香口,只是蟹仔好细只,没什么肉,但味道却是一流的,啜啜蟹汁,吃一啖饭,感觉又不错啊。 看起来有点像扇贝,但不知是甚么品种,其鲜味十分之足够,入口也是爽爽的,再加上甜味十足的蒜香油,而且被粉丝连同带子的鲜味一起吸收,没有半个可以说不好食的空间。 在汕尾鲘门,也有潮式鱼蛋食,说好食,可以说是好食,不过,这并非是我们这次潮汕行中食过的最好。 虾,简单地白灼,我可以说,这虾已经好好食,最主要原因是虾是新鲜的,肉质带甜而且爽口,轻轻地点一点豉油,就足以令大家满足。 鱼一条,是很传统的广东人蒸鱼,普通通的海鱼,够新鲜,蒸出来的味道同入口的肉感觉份外的好,感觉是简单的家庭式,也是一个不得不说不错的食品。 红烧豆腐,加了虾干去煮,增加了这平凡食品的鲜味,有虾干、鱿鱼乾,也有肉丝。 肉片炒杂菇,绝对是一个家常的简单业式,是一个会令人一口饭一口𩠌的美物。这个菜式不加评论了,原因,就是一见到此𩠌,就觉得要大叫,吃饭吧。 这一餐,我可以说是味道求于野,在乡郊饮食,平之余,水准随时会比城市的高,也许我可以用性价比来形容吧。
