Luxury hotel with details oriented at the luxury shopping mall location. Friendly staff at lobby, outstanding design in room and elevator, the 1st hotel elevator with bench; elegant layout throughout the hotel , modern fitness center and a great heated outdoor pool. You can experience with the high class oriental elements design in this hotel, worth to make a stay. They have a michelin 2 star restaurant on site.
I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent experience at the Mandarin Oriental Guangzhou. 😔 I arrived at 5 PM for a 3 PM check-in, only to find my room unprepared and requiring further waiting. I was escorted to the 4th-floor restaurant, where I was left waiting without even a glass of water. This is not the standard of service I expect from such a prestigious establishment. Additionally, I submitted a complaint, but have yet to receive a response, reflecting the concerns shared by others online. This experience does not align with the high standards associated with the Mandarin Oriental name.
Had a very great night here. Cozy environment with comfortable leather sofa featuring a traditional up-scale bar, offering extensive selections of whisky and creative cocktail. Ordered a unique cocktail “hea” with interesting name and fusion presentation. Staff is friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Carrie for her professional recommendation and warm hospitality! We did have a very good time here! Will definitey come back!!
Have a great time in this bar enjoying my cigar. one Gentleman unfortunately I did not catch his name who is extremely knowledgeable in cocktail. inaddition there is a excellent cigars shop at the Lobby area
