The Peak 2 Peak Gondola is an engineering marvel that connects Whistler and Blackcomb mountains at an elevation of about 1,850 meters. It holds the world record for the longest unsupported span between towers at 3.024 kilometers, and the highest lift of its kind in the world. The ride takes 11 minutes, during which passengers enjoy sweeping views of alpine meadows, glaciers, and the surrounding Coast Mountains. Glass-bottom cabins provide a thrilling perspective of the valley floor 436 meters below. The gondola operates year-round, making it a must-do for both skiers and summer sightseers.
