✨ HighlightHonestly not even sure to start with this one. Absolutely blown away! From the incredible warm welcome we received from Lewis upon arrival, to the impeccable service by George and the team, to every single dish we tried. Our group of 6 decided to agree on a bunch of dishes to try and share and it was undoubtedly an amazing choice. We got to try over 15+ dishes, each with their own deliciousness. The wood fire cooking was so amazing and the interior design of the restaurant had great vibes. The flavors of the dishes were incredibly layered and impressive offering evolving flavor profiles throughout each bite! This was my 4th Michelin restaurant (first in Canada), and undoubtedly my best. We already can’t wait to come back to this incredible fabulous establishment.→

✨ HighlightBeen here twice. Very positive experiences both times. Stand up tapas bar akin to those you’d find in Barcelona. A bit on the pricier end for sure so I’d reserve for slightly more special occasions. My favourites are the Hokkaido scallop dish, and the shrimp. But every option I’ve tried has been special. Service is good and waiters are knowledgeable and passionate. Very cool vibe if you don’t mind standing. Can be loud. Architecture is unique and appealing. Candle-lit moody vibe. Definitely deserving of the bib gourmand.→

✨ HighlightGreat ambiance, uniquely beautiful interior design. Service was not spectacular. We didn’t receive the reservation text properly so had to call a cal centre (which was automated) in order to get into the distillery district. Our waiter was very shy and we were not treated special in any way. The truffle was lovely. Potatoes in the dishes were all very nice. Would recommend the pulpos (octopus). The mushroom was also great. Our 4 tapas dishes totalled $60.→
