Montmorency Falls is a spectacular natural attraction in Quebec City, plunging 83 meters, 30 meters higher than Niagara Falls. Visitors can admire the powerful cascade from multiple vantage points: a suspension bridge stretching over the falls, a cable car ride, or a scenic staircase with 487 steps leading to the top. The park offers hiking trails, picnic areas, and in winter, an ice climbing wall forms on the frozen falls. The mist and roar of the water create an immersive experience, making it a must-see for nature lovers.
Don't miss
- Walk across the suspension bridge for a thrilling view directly over the falls
- Ride the cable car to the top for panoramic vistas of the St. Lawrence River
- In winter, watch ice climbers tackle the frozen face of the falls
