Perched above Lake Louise at an elevation of 2,135 meters, Lake Agnes Tea House is a beloved alpine retreat accessible via a steep 3.5-kilometer hike. Built in 1901 by the Canadian Pacific Railway, this rustic log cabin offers hikers a chance to rest and enjoy tea, coffee, and homemade treats while taking in panoramic views of the turquoise lake below and the Victoria Glacier. The trail passes through forest and alongside a waterfall, making the journey as rewarding as the destination.
