Euxinograd, situated on the Black Sea coast just north of Varna, was built as a summer retreat for Prince Alexander of Battenberg in the late 19th century. The palace blends French and Bulgarian architectural styles, surrounded by a sprawling park designed by a French landscape architect. Visitors can tour the palace's opulent interiors, stroll through manicured gardens dotted with sculptures, and explore the on-site winery that produces wines from the estate's vineyards. The park features rare tree species, a small lake, and a former royal stable. It remains a venue for state receptions, but guided tours are available on select days.
Don't miss

- Wander through the French-style park with its exotic trees, fountains, and a tranquil lake.
