Aladzha Monastery is a remarkable rock-hewn complex dating from the 13th–14th centuries, nestled in a limestone cliff about 3 km from Golden Sands. The monastery consists of two levels of caves, including a church, monks' cells, and a chapel, all connected by narrow passages. Visitors can see fragments of original frescoes depicting biblical scenes. The site offers a glimpse into medieval monastic life and provides panoramic views of the surrounding forest.
