Came on a quiet weeknight, they have a very “farm to table” feel to the approach to their food. Simple methods with just enough to bring out the most of each ingredients. Apart from the steak that was slightly too well done for my liking, rest was amazing! The wagyu and the palmito were both memorable and delicious.
Chou was a lovely evening of well executed Mediterranean food at a great location. Super central to Pinheiros, with great vegetable and seafood focused dishes, what’s not to love?

Entradas e pratos caros e todos muito pequenos. Pedimos três vinhos, várias entradas e pratos principais diferentes. Difícil sair satisfeito. Entendo que o propósito não é fartura, mas entradas com cerca 50g fica difícil até de provar a comida. Acredito que compense somente se for alérgico a glúten ou lactose, pois o cardápio atende essas restrições. Tirando isso, não vale a pena.
