short story, go here if you are in SP. what a delight. A partner took us to this lovely spot that he frequents. We trusted the Omakase, and I recommend you do the same. delicate, simple, balanced, well plated, expertly served within a quiet ambiance. They deserve their star. our paired sake was exceptional. i shall return
Was one of the top Japanese restaurants on my list to try that had a more flexible seating/reservation time (8:30pm). The top 30 type of music was definitely a strange choice but made it more casual. Went for the omakase and there were hits and misses. Hits included the mackerel with sesame and sashimi platter mostly sources locally in South America. Misses were the overly sweet sauces on the courses and ginger. Not sure it landed as a Michelin restaurant experience but food was of high standards.
