Bacanga State Park encompasses a large mangrove ecosystem along the Bacanga River, providing a vital habitat for aquatic life and birds. Visitors can explore wooden boardwalks and trails that weave through the mangroves, offering close-up views of crabs, mudskippers, and nesting herons. The park is a prime spot for birdwatching, with species such as scarlet ibises, egrets, and kingfishers frequently seen. Interpretive signs explain the ecological importance of mangroves. The park also features a small museum and a boat ramp for guided canoe trips through the tidal channels. It's a peaceful retreat for nature lovers.

Don't miss
