Inventive but not overly impressive food. Nice ambience. I wasn’t blown away. But it was still good!
The food is absolutely stunning in Chez Claude. Michelin star worthy. The Shrimp and Truffle Risotto is probably the best risotto I’ve ever had, and the Roast Duck will change your life.
Tinha uma ideia diferente do Che Claude, para mim tratava-se de um restaurante francês refinado, instalações clássicas, mas acolhedoras. Esqueci-me de que estava no Rio de Janeiro, onde a informalidade e a improvisação prevalecem. Para começar, o restaurante ficam num shopping no Leblon, tem mais cara de restaurante de Shopping do que de um espaço gastronômico requintado. As mesas são extremamente simples, acanhadas até, muito próximas uma das outras e sem as toalhas sofisticadas que dariam um toque de sofisticação. Neste ponto o Che Claude assemelha-se ao Jorge Americano de Belo Horizonte, restaurante extremamente simples, mas com uma comida deliciosa. O toque criativo fica por conta da cozinha no meio do salão, coisa também disponível no Jorge americano do Mercado Central de BH. A experiência gastronômica é maravilhosa, o cardápio é muito criativo. A comida muito saborosa, por conta deste item dá muita vontade de voltar. Os preços são compatíveis com estabelecimentos de igual padrão.
Pedimos risoto de camarão para as mulheres onde o prato foi mal servido com pouco camarão e arroz empapado. Os rapazes pediram o prime rib cheio de nervos e carne dura. O serviço muito simpático mas pouco eficaz Conta caríssima e experiência muito ruim
