Farroupilha Park, commonly called Redenção, is the city's most beloved park, sprawling over 37 hectares. It offers a peaceful escape with a large lake where visitors can rent paddleboats, wide walking and cycling paths shaded by ancient trees, and open fields for sports and picnics. On weekends, the park hosts a popular craft fair and a book fair, attracting crowds. The park also features monuments and a small amphitheater.
