Our Lady of Carmel

Our Lady of Carmel Church, also known as Igreja de Nossa Senhora do Carmo, is a serene religious site located in the heart of Taipa Village, Macau. The church's striking pastel yellow facade with white trim is a beloved landmark, contrasting beautifully with the blue sky. Built in the neoclassical style, it features a symmetrical design with a central pediment and twin bell towers. Inside, the church is equally charming, with a simple yet elegant interior, a gilded altar, and colorful stained glass windows that cast soft light.
