The Sarajevo Brewery Museum, located within the still-operating Sarajevo Brewery, traces the city's beer-making tradition back to 1864. Visitors can see original copper kettles, fermentation tanks, and bottling machines, as well as photographs and documents detailing the brewery's role in Sarajevo's industrial history. The tour ends with a tasting of fresh, unfiltered beer. The museum also highlights how the brewery survived the Siege of Sarajevo, continuing production despite the war.
