Mogorjelo is an archaeological site featuring the remains of a Roman villa rustica from the late 4th century AD. This fortified agricultural estate includes a central courtyard, storage rooms, a bath complex, and a small church added later. Walking through the ruins, visitors can imagine daily life on a Roman farm, with olive presses and grain silos still visible. The site's remote setting near the Neretva River adds to its atmosphere, making it a fascinating stop for history enthusiasts exploring the Pocitelj region.
