Lhodrak Seykhar Dratshang is a Buddhist monastery nestled on a hillside overlooking the Mangde River valley, about an hour's drive from Trongsa. Founded centuries ago, it offers a serene retreat from the bustle of town. Visitors can explore its whitewashed buildings, prayer halls, and stupas while enjoying panoramic views of terraced fields and forested peaks. The monastery is less frequented than Trongsa Dzong, providing a more intimate glimpse into monastic life.
