Trashigang Dzong is a striking example of Bhutanese architecture, built in 1659 and later expanded. Visitors can explore its ornate temples, courtyards, and monastic quarters while enjoying panoramic views of the surrounding valleys. As both a religious and administrative center, it buzzes with activity during festivals. The dzong's strategic location on a spur above the Drangme Chhu River makes it a must-see landmark in eastern Bhutan.
