Rinpung Dzong is a majestic fortress-monastery that houses both monastic and government offices. Built in the 17th century, it features towering whitewashed walls, intricate woodwork, and a central tower (utse). Visitors can explore the courtyards, temples, and the impressive assembly hall with its giant statue of Buddha. The dzong also hosts the annual Paro Tsechu festival, a vibrant celebration of dance and culture.
