The National Museum of Bhutan is located in the Ta Dzong, a circular watchtower built in the 17th century. The museum's collection includes ancient thangkas (religious scroll paintings), traditional costumes, weapons, and stamps. Exhibits trace Bhutan's history from prehistoric times to the present. The circular layout allows visitors to ascend through floors, each dedicated to different themes, with panoramic views of the Paro Valley from the top.
