The Sint-Petrus-en-Pauluskerk is a striking neo-Gothic church that dominates Ostend's skyline with its twin spires. Built in the early 20th century, it replaced an earlier church destroyed by fire. The interior is equally impressive, with soaring vaulted ceilings, colorful stained-glass windows depicting biblical scenes, and a richly decorated high altar. The church also houses a memorial to King Leopold II and his wife, Queen Marie Henriette. Visitors often pause to admire the intricate stonework and the serene atmosphere.
