Old Grodno Castle, perched on a hill overlooking the Neman River, is one of the oldest fortifications in Belarus. Originally built by the Kievan Rus' princes, it later served as a residence for Lithuanian grand dukes. The castle's stone walls and towers have been partially restored, and today it houses a museum displaying archaeological finds, weapons, and historical artifacts. Visitors can explore the ramparts and enjoy sweeping views of the river valley.
