Morgan Lewis Sugar Mill is a towering stone windmill that once crushed sugar cane using wind power. It is the last complete working windmill in Barbados and the largest in the Caribbean. Visitors can climb inside to see the original wooden gears, rollers, and vertical shaft, and learn how cane juice was extracted. The site also includes a small museum with artifacts and exhibits on the island's sugar industry. The mill's hilltop location offers sweeping views of the east coast.
