Varendra Research Museum, established in 1910, is the oldest museum in Bangladesh. Located in Rajshahi, it holds a vast collection of archaeological treasures including Hindu and Buddhist sculptures, terracotta plaques, inscriptions, and rare manuscripts dating from the 3rd century BCE to the 12th century CE.
