Cloud Bistro

I visited this restaurant for iftar and was quite disappointed with the experience. Honestly, the food wasn't tasty at all, and the portions felt small for what we paid. On a positive note, the service was somewhat decent. However, the combination of subpar food and high prices makes it hard for me to recommend visiting.

The restaurant is pretty spacious with tons of food options. You’ve got to try their 'Seafood Soup'—it’s a must! The food is great overall.

Awful interior, ambient and a terrible experience with food!!! Ordered Chicken Cashew nut Salad and American Chopsuey. We were served mixed Cashew nut Salad where there were hardly any chicken found. The American chopsuey was awful ; again very less ingredients like chicken, prawn etc only adequate was the cabbage! While asking for bills the wrong bill was served and when it was brought to their notice the server told me that its just 10 tk additional! When I asked him that I would pay by cards he mentioned that there is a 10% discount for SCB card and he can't help as bill is already produced! How the hell I would know that this restaurant has that offer!!! Crazy at its best. However left the restaurant with dissatisfaction, again proving bad quality of food and poor customer service in most cases in our country!

I absolutely love this place. I always get there soup when I can’t be bothered to cook. We always take our friends or any one new who comes to dhaka. We usually order there seafood platter which is very good value for money. We also got the red snapper when entertaining recently. The food was delicious! It was enough for 6 people easily if you have their soup and wonton as a starter. The waiting time is a bit long but the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I have small children they happily entertain them while I eat. The washroom facilities are not great. I would avoid it! All in all if your looking for seafood it’s amazing
