Pizza Roma

Not too many places in Dhaka sell authentic Italian thin crusted pizza. Pizza Roma will not disappoint you if you’re looking for a comfy Italian pizza experience. Not a very large place - they have seating for not more than 20 people. But I felt their environment homely and the service was good. We tried the Roman Holiday and Boscaiolla regular size. The ingredients, specially spinach, cherry tomatoes and mushrooms tasted fresh and the Parmesan cheese was generous. The food was delicious and we would definitely be visiting again. Try the veggie pizzas as they are fresh!

So after watching so many good reviews about this place finally I went there yesterday...The place is "Pizza Roma" recently they have opened their outlet to Dhanmondi and been there... I have seen so many people suggested this place for pizza in social media also many people said probably best pizza, this and that and so on....I was looking for a chance to try their pizzas and finally did...Okay now let's come to the point- The place is nice good for hangout with friends, but stuffs are little lazy 😪 Price wasn't that expensive and taste I'll say average not that authentic pizza or not best in town yet sorry to disappoint some people 🙄 but yes it was ok or good.. as they have options to have half and half I mean in 1 pizza you can have 2 flavors so I decided to have 2 pizzas with 4 flavors...😝 Very clever option 😁 last but not the least I'll say you can try it atleast once not that bad 😊 but yes NOT BEST... Adding up flavors and prices so that you can have an Idea about their price- ➡️From Roma Classic 1. Diavola(half)+ Amatriciana(half)=8/10 ➡️From Roma Deshi 2. Meatball(half)+Chilli Lime Prawn(half)=6/10 💸 Both Pizza with 2 class of Coke costed 1,605tk with vat . Score:7/10 (overall) . Place: Pizza Roma, Dhanmondi . #foodiesdiarybd

On September 13th, 2021, I used my credit card to pay for Pizza Roma home delivery. Directly after that on the same night, someone used that same credit card to withdraw 30,000 taka from an ATM in two different transactions. My bank opened a fraud investigation, concluded it was a fraudulent transaction, and refunded the money to my account. Based on the timeline of the transactions, the only possible person who could have done this is the delivery man since I didn't leave the house after the delivery and my card was with me the whole time. My bank told me that he must have skimmed the card and made a copy somehow. I emailed Pizza Roma on the 17th to no response. Several weeks later, after my bank concluded their investigation and refuded the money, I contacted Pizza Roma on whatsapp to alert them once again of what happened, and they rudely, flat out denied any responsibility. Be careful when using your credit card with this business. I am just thankful that I bank with an American bank that will investigate fraud and protect my money. If this was another country I would just be flat out the 30,000 taka. It's a real shame that Pizza Roma didn't take this seriously.

Simply the best Pizza in Dhaka. I order every week from Pizza Roma & the delivery staff is just amazing. Piping hot Pizza & cold drinks delivered to your home. Some people say that the price is to high, but I need to say that you taste & feel the different to other Pizza Restaurant here in Dhaka. Keep it up, looking forward to have my next Pizza:)
