The coffee is undoubtedly the best of the town. Very pleasant atmosphere and surprisingly good quality food and drinks.Very nice ambiance, both indoor and outdoor, on a winter morning. People over there are very friendly and helpful, as one can expect from an established cafe like Gloria Jeans. Highly recommend!
Gloria Jean's Coffees, Gulshan-2 Branch, located at Block: B, House: 2B, Road: 71, Dhaka-1212. A popular restaurant for fast food items. Food quality is perfect. Service is also good. The environment is wonderful as well. The price of the foods are expensive though. The restaurant has parking facilities outside of the restaurant (road).
During my four days in Dhaka, I explored several cafes, including North End, Daily Treats at The Westin, Le d’Or, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, and Gloria Jean’s Cafe. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that most of these places seemed more like restaurants than cozy cafes. The menus often leaned heavily toward food options rather than a focused selection of coffee or tea—a letdown for anyone primarily seeking a good beverage. The ambiance also missed the mark; rather than providing a comfortable, inviting setting to unwind over a hot or cold drink, these cafes felt formal and less relaxed. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and not one I’d look to repeat.
I had an incredibly frustrating experience at Gloria Jeans , Uttara outlet today . From the moment we walked in , the service was abysmal . The food was even worse. My son ordered the Crispy egg and cheese toast and to our surprise , we were served something that was under seasoned, lacked any flavor & the presentation looked rushed , unappetizing and amateurish. And to make matters worse , the atmosphere felt chaotic and loud , making it difficult to enjoy our meal . The prices are completely unjustified for the quality we received . By the end of our meal , we were left hungry and infuriated. I will not be returning and CANNOT recommend this place to anyone . Avoid it at all costs !!
