The Dilmun Burial Mounds, scattered across the landscape near Hamad Town, are a remarkable archaeological site comprising thousands of burial mounds from the Dilmun civilization (circa 2200–1750 BCE). These mounds, some reaching up to 15 meters in height, were built for the elite of this ancient trading society. Visitors can explore the site, which includes several well-preserved mounds and an interpretation center that explains the history and significance of the burials.
