The Pinzgau Hut (Pinzgauer Hütte) is a classic Alpine refuge perched at 1,700 meters on the Schattberg mountain, overlooking the Saalbach valley. Accessible by cable car from Saalbach or via scenic hiking trails, the hut provides a warm welcome with hearty Austrian cuisine, including käsespätzle and schnitzel, and comfortable dormitory-style accommodation.
