Brucknerhaus is Linz's premier concert venue, a sleek modern building situated right on the Danube River. Named after the famed composer Anton Bruckner, who was born in nearby Ansfelden, the hall is home to the Bruckner Orchester Linz and hosts the annual Brucknerfest, a major classical music festival. The main concert hall features excellent acoustics, designed for both orchestral and chamber music, and seats over 1,400 people. The building's architecture is striking, with a large glass facade that offers views of the river and the city. Visitors can attend concerts ranging from classical to jazz, or simply admire the building from the outside. The adjacent Donaupark is a lovely spot for a pre-concert stroll. For music lovers, Brucknerhaus is a must-visit destination in Linz.
