This place offers seriously good Greek food. We ordered the fried calamari, which had a light, thin, and crispy batter. The marinara pasta was also incredibly delicious. The meat platter is equally good. Highly recommended!
There’s no shortage of great Greek food in Oakleigh, but Mythos is up there with the best. Sure the food is amazing, but it’s the friendly and prompt service that really elevates this place. They’re also the best chips on the strip, being light and fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside. As you can see from the photos, everything is really nicely presented, and tastes as good as it looks.
Very rude staff. Greasy food even the salad was swimming in a low quality blend olive oil. I should have walked out of there as soon as I received the wrong food I did not order. The waiter insisted that I ordered the gyros wrap. I said I did not. Because I don't order gyros meat ever I don't eat it. We were 8 of us. Never again
Squeezed us in for a last minute Father's Day booking which was much appreciated. The food was delicious and the servings were generous. We had been to Greece last year and found the food was better then some of the meals we ate there! Highly recommend the dips and pita, and the garlic mussels were soooo good!
