Absolutely loved the food, thank you. Extremely thoughtful, and the vegetarian set was perfect. Didn’t miss out at all. It was wonderful to be able to watch the chef work so methodically through the evening.. The oca was so interesting and delicious, and the mushroom centred dish was our favourite. Dessert was also exactly what I felt like by the end. Couldn’t hear or understand some of the descriptions of the food and we weren’t asked about ordering drinks at all throughout the evening even as our first empty glasses were cleared and the drink menu was removed from the table. We’d have probably ordered another glass or two if it wasn’t a bit awkward to ask for attention, but we had a fantastic night regardless and will be back. Thank you :)
Beautiful little restaurant. This was worth every penny. Such perfect food, prepared with so much care. Run by a lovely couple, you hardly hear a peep from the open kitchen. Very cool they play vinyls in the dining area. Highlights are definitely any pastry and butter based dishes, along with delicate seafood items and clever desserts. Thanks for a lovely birthday dinner !
Wonderful dinner. Each course is better than the last. When people drool over the bread you know you’re in a special place. Everything has a special taste. You can’t do this at home! Finishing with wallaby. Then the deserts. Beautiful place. Exciting.
We have been planning to dine here for a long time and the wait was worth it! The secluded small private setting, and the mostly locally sourced food and wine were exceptional. Zoe's skills in preparing, plating and presenting delicious food were pure artistry. Our dietary requirements were met perfectly. Lachlan made the food and wine service look effortless, while his knowledge and recommendations for wine were superb. An all-round friendly and delightful experience!
