We went to this restaurant at 12 midnight right after a concert and we were famished. We got seated pretty quickly! I can tell you this restaurant did not disappoint. The mixed platter for 2 was good for 4 people! Although we were pretty stuffed, we couldn’t stop eating. Totally exceeded our expectations!
Top 3 Greek Restaurants in Melbourne. 1. stalactites 2. stalactites 3. stalactites This restaurant is all hits so misses, they don’t play around. ⚠️ However on one note, get your sauces! The meat can be a little dry (if that bothers your taste buds ofc) As for Atmosphere & Service it is a 10/10 amazing staff, great chef, lovely Manager. Very well managed under rush hour. We were able to get our meal in just under 30 minutes (because we wanted our food together, and the staff informed us that it will be a 25 minute wait, so we were very pleased with the service.
As a London based half Greek Cypriot, I was eager to find the Greek quarter in Melbourne. I’m so glad I found this restaurant- it was really excellent quality food. We were seated straight away and got there at the perfect time as a queue started to form outside. This is a testament to how nice and fresh the food is. Service is fast, not really a long/drawn out meal kind of place. You can pay at the front which speeds things up too. Everything is fresh and homemade and I wish I could eat here all of the time! If you like Greek food, this one is for you 😊
This place has a real buzz.We opted for the $70 banquet menu.Excellent food which was really well prepared.Classic Greek BBQ style food.Super attentive staff.Plus it’s BYO which is a huge plus.
